The interview process was seamless. First off, I had a phone interview where they asked me usual questions about my work experience and etc. During that interview as well, I was given an idea as to how this position entails. It only took a couple of days before I got an email that I succeeded to the second interview which was with the branch manager. The questions were the typical interview questions which were in relation to the role like, “How do you deal with difficult clients”, “What makes you stand out from the rest of the applicants”, “How do you provide great service”….
