Interview
I applied for 2 positions, and had 2 separate interviews. Neither recruiter was aware that I had a previous interview with CAA, so they were not biased in the questions they asked. On both occasions after asking me for my availability, the HR person did not respond to set up a time to meet. Instead, they didn't reply to my email to schedule a call, and called me at a random time during my availability window without notice. They were both extremely disorganized, but seemed very nice. They ask you questions that come from a list that they probably use for every interview (In both my interview the HR person and the supervisors asked the same questions)
Starting salary was $45000 yearly with bonuses based on performance. You also have to do one of those IQ tests before your interview, it asks questions about patterns, logic, and math. You have 15 minutes to complete as many of 50 questions as you can.

How would you go about telling a customer that we cannot provide them with either a service, or information that they desire. Walk me through the steps you'd take to ensure a positive outcome.
