Buzz Bingo Assistant Manager interview questions

Waste of my time and energy. Sent my application along with my CV detailing my experience. Have a lengthy telephone interview going into more detail about my experience, to then be invited along to a face to face interview. Drive 1.5 hour round trip to the face to face interview, to spend well over an hour with the interviewer, to be told over a week later that I won’t be progressed because… I HAVE TOO MUCH EXPERIENCE!!! Poor excuse, and absolute waste of my time!
