Spoke with a Burns employee at a career fair who thought I'd be a good fit with their team. Then had a group call with the local business line manager and one of the lead project managers. Heard back within the next couple weeks with an offer.

The questions were more focused on getting to know me and my interests rather than traditional behavioral questions. For example, one was "why did you choose mechanical engineering as your major".

it was nice. Staff who took the interview was friendly. Technical interview was quite easy. Hr went tough for me, may be my CV was bit horrible. nice Company to work for.
