Burns & McDonnell interview questions

Asked several questions and went into great detail about the company and were willing to answer all of my questions. They were very inviting and even took me out to lunch afterwards.

Starts off with a video asynchronous interview which sucks. You get no feedback from people because there are no people. Consider it a proving ground for how well you function on your own. If they like you, then they send you to their hiring managers, and if they like you, you get a 2nd round of interviews that are with real people. You give a quick presentation about yourself, then they ask you standard interview questions.
