I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Chesapeake, VA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Process involved sending in a recorded interview, the questions weren't very challenging, were mostly aimed at getting to know your background and qualifications. Next there was an in person interview with a presentation, discussion/interview, and lunch. The presentation had provided guidelines and the interview following was more of a discussion and was non-technical.

Question 1
What experiences/expertise separate you from other candidates?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was a one-way interview with pre-determined questions that one answered through a screen, and so it felt like you were talking to yourself. They asked you six questions which were rather generic and then you recorded your answers.

Question 1
What does diversity, equity and inclusion mean to you?
Met through school's career fair. General behavioral questions through a phone screen or online interview. Nothing technical, even though applying for technical position. Mostly interested in upper-class students. Nothing stood out as special in terms of interviewers or questions.
