I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process is done with questions on a website where you record yourself. It's very telling when the hiring managers don't have time to actually speak with you and make you go through a process that doesn't accurately gauge experience and then receive a rejection notice a few months later. There's very little communication with the recruiter as well.

Question 1
Talk about education and work experience that qualifies you for the job.
The initial is very technical, with very basic questions. Outlined as STAR interview questions. Each is timed and you get second chances upon attempts. The process is not too scary, you just got to be comfortable with what you say and be enthusiastic.
