Burns & McDonnell interview questions

The travel expectations were drastically different than advertised. The managers were uncomfortably vague about the role and expectations. I was invited for a second interview and asked to put together a slide show about myself to present to their managers in hopes to get a third interview. Considering my age and experience this seemed quite trivial for a Construction Management position so I declined

1st interview was an online interview with predetermined questions. Questions were very simple and straightforward but included an arbitrary question about diversity and inclusion. 30-word minimum, filler, filler, and more filler.
