The first step was a call with the recruiter. She was super nice and easy to talk to. I described my background and experience and learned more about the role. Then I had a call with the office manager and that process was smooth.

Pre-recorded video describing why you want to work for burns and mac. For me this was followed up by a teams interview with a manager and engineers from a particular team. Mostly behavioral questions with some questions pertaining to interest and technical ability.

This was my first in person interview in a company. So I was really nervous. But the interview board was really warm. They comforted me in every way possible. They paid for my flight, stay and food for the interview.
