Burns & McDonnell interview questions

There was an AI interview that asked basic introductory questions followed by a HR interview that was fairly relaxed and quick and just went over introducing yourself, career goals and your specialization.

I was contacted by a recruiter for a video call with he hiring manager. The interview was easy. Then, I was invited for an onsite interview but I declined it. I didn't think I was a fit for the job or the company culture. The email to schedule the interview came on a holiday at 7pm, and to me that was a red flag.
