The first interview was a virtual one, no one was talking to you, but a prompt would come on the screen and give questions and you recorded a video of yourself answering the questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Houston, TX) in Jun 2021
Interview
Had the opportunity to interview for an IT Specialist position, and I wanted to share my experience. The entire process was very straightforward and surprisingly relaxed, which helped to ease any nerves I had going in. The interviewers were friendly and professional, sticking to standard questions that revolved around my background, technical skills, and how I handle various workplace scenarios.
There were no unexpected or tricky questions; it felt more like a conversation to see if I'd be a good fit for the team and the company culture. Overall, it was a generic and easy-going experience, which made me feel more confident in my responses.
