I applied online. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was very good. Made it very easy. Organized and I got to talk to actual engineers which helped me know what to expect. Was super interesting getting to talk to them. Was sort of just like a chat.
The interview process was incredibly smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. Communication was clear throughout, the interviewers were friendly and engaging, and every step felt well-organized, transparent, and genuinely focused on finding the right mutual fit.
