Interview process is stream lined. Two rounds to three rounds in some cases. Might take some time with the offer.After final conformation and acceptance of offer joining will be immediate.

It was a video interview over Zoom with the electrical intern recruiter. BMcD intern interviews aren't based off of technical skill, they would rather like to see if a person is sociable and is willing to learn. They will ask what you're interested in to see what group within the company you fit in with the most.
