Highly unethical. Interviewed for a posted Project Manager position. The interview began with a manager telling me that the posting was not for a particular position - just to talk with individuals in case "something came available".

Interview
First was a phone screening, then an interview with hiring manager, then a panel interview. The panel interview required a 15 minute presentation of yourself, your experience and your career goals and Burns.
Typical interview experience with mostly behavioral style questions. Interviewers were kind and professional. Had to present an about-me presentation before the interview questions. Met other folks in the office after the interview.
