One on one interview with hiring manager. Very transparent about expectations and culture. Was giving information about benefits and typically work environment. Reviewed the types of programs that the company uses and outlined the different paths one can take within the company. This is a long term investment for someone looking for a career.

Interview
It was quite secretive and in phases with Local and US higher authorities. It took long time between interviews which is not common.
Interviewer were quite frank and approachable. They supported with lots of talks by themselves for the interviewee to get answer within the question at times. Second phase was quite frank, honest and qualitative interview on the functional side.
