Burns & McDonnell interview questions

This interview was a prescripted and self-recorded web interview. It honestly felt pretty weird since you are not communicating directly with anyone. You get several attempts at each question so you don't have to be nervous about answering it perfectly the first time around

I had online interview, it was a bit awkward because I had to record the answer to the interview questions. You will not be interviewing by someone. The first question was Tell me about your self. The second question was What was your previous work experience. Third question whats is your leadership style.
