Long interview through non interactive videos with zero feedback or opportunity to ask. The link was sent and easy to follow, but the lack of contact makes me believe the benefit of this is just for the employer at the cost more time for the applicants.

There are 4 GPs in BMI, each group took its seperate Interview. The interview could last from 30 mins to even 1.5 hours.
To land the interview you have to clear a technical aptitude and group discussion.
