Interview
An internship interview with personal and behavioral questions focuses on understanding your motivation, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. They’ll likely ask about past challenges, successes, and goals. They'll ask also to talk about your past experiences and what you learned from it and how it shapes your current goals.
I was invited to complete a pre-recorded video interview. I was provided 5+ questions to answer (2-3 minutes each). I was allowed to redo my answer(s) once. Overall, it was simple process.
