I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Lincoln, NE) in Oct 2015
Interview
Met them at the career fair and handed them my resume. 1 week later I got a call for an on campus interview. The interview went very well, the interviewer asker questions that set your up to answer them well. There are some behavioral and some general getting to know you questions . overall it was a very easy interview if you practiced ahead of time .
First I had a pre-recorded video interview. Very quick and simple questions. You could record everything twice in case you messed up. Then I had a video call with the office team, which was very relaxed and comfortable.
Video interview then an in-person interview. Video interview seemed like an HR screener and the in-person interview was pretty relaxed and conversational. I enjoyed talking to the engineers who gave the interview. They took a really long time to get me an offer after the interview though.
