As a fresher Firstly they shortlist the resumes and then conduct technical and aptitude test in the institute. Those who are short listed are directly eligible for interview. Technical and HR interview is conducted face to face by 2-3 persons. It is almost of 40-60 mins. In that they will ask you the questions about SFD, BMD, soil mechanics, all kinds of structural design processes.
