The process took about 2-4 weeks. I applied and heard back pretty fast that I got an interview. The interview questions were pre-recorded and I had 30 seconds to come up with an answer and then 2minutes to answer with one re-try. All behavioral.

What was something you failed at? How did you learn from this?
The interviewers were really great! They described the roles for the internship in detail and what they would expect from the interns. It was easy-going and they seem very interested.

I was contacted over email to take part in a pre recorded interview. Application did not work on my laptop, so I had to use my phone. This was difficult to do so.

Interview
I was contacted through email to do a webcam interview with general pre-recorded behavioral questions. A couple of weeks later I got a call to schedule a live video interview through InterviewStream. During this interview I talked to an engineer in which we had a general conversation about my coursework, why I want to work at Burns and Mac, and projects that he was working on for his job among other things.
