I applied online. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
Applied online... waited several weeks before getting an interview. Interview consisted of prerecorded questions where I recorded my answers online. All questions were behavioral, no technical ones. Waited a week or so for a response.

Question 1
How does your previous work experience apply to B&McD?
First I had a pre-recorded video interview. Very quick and simple questions. You could record everything twice in case you messed up. Then I had a video call with the office team, which was very relaxed and comfortable.
Video interview then an in-person interview. Video interview seemed like an HR screener and the in-person interview was pretty relaxed and conversational. I enjoyed talking to the engineers who gave the interview. They took a really long time to get me an offer after the interview though.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2019
Interview
I went to my university’s career fair and was given a referral by the person that I met with. I then received an invitation to complete a one-way online interview with pre-set questions
