In person interview. They asked me basic questions about availability. They told me what my responsibilities would be. It was not much of an interview, and I got hired on the spot.
I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
