Interview
Their interview process is really simply. I applied in person then got a call to come into an interview the next day. Interview takes less than 15 minutes. The management isn't trained in interviewing so they are basically just looking to see that you're not gunna suck and that you have a good head on your shoulders.
I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
