I asked my friend to get me an interview so the manager knew to look for my application. You just go online then meet the hiring manager and discuss availability and work or school history.
I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
