It is a one on one interview with either the store manager or the assistant manager. They ask simple situation based questions. Answer truthfully and you will get the job. Ther interview only lasts about fifteen minutes and you should hear back in a day or so.

A very straightforward interview for me. Asked about past work experience and my availability, then scheduled a time for me to come back for onboarding. I did have to wait a bit, though, since the manager was busy with customers, but that was expected.

Very easy interview. Asked questions about experience and asked questions about what you would do in cases. Lots of mention of multitasking. General Manager was training shift supervisor on how to do interviews so she watched as well. Got an on the spot offer and accepted.
