      Human Resources Manager Interview

      Jan 18, 2010
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Burger King in Dec 2009

      Interview

The interview was unstructured, though the Manager was very concerned with stablity of work history. Was very judgemental about the reasons why Id moved on from job to job. My advice is not to get defensive, but come prepared with all reasons for leaving along with a story about your overall career plan. i.e. where are you heading

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why have you moved from employer to employer every 2 years.

      Human Resources Manager Interview

      Dec 19, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Burger King in Dec 2016

      Interview

They stood me up for 2 hours to begin with. The overall interview itself was very lackluster for somebody who has enough experience under his belt.. They are not clear with their own expansion plans nor do they have anything set in stone with related to employee growth. To think that such a big brand does not have its goals clear is shocking. I was completely put off by the interviewer, and even if there is an offer coming my way, I would be rejecting it.

      Question 1

What is an employee life cycle?
