they sit you down and ask standard questions about what your experiences are and you answer questions and if they hire you they will do so on the spot, whoever is the current manager will be interviewing you
I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
