I have applied 3 times. Twice on gumtree, one on indeed. Each time I have been offered an interview but sadly they never get back to me after the interview. It's a pretty easy process, apply, go to basic interview, after they explained benefits, uniform policy, sickness etc they say if you haven't heard back in a week then you haven't got the job. So...there.
I'm not a school leaver and I have more of a admin background then something like retail so this is probably a disadvantage.
I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
