Interview
I got and filled out application and brought to the store. ( now everything is online). Store manager called me the same day and set up interview time. She payed attention if i were in time. she never hired people who was late on the interview or called out 15 min before it. asked question about previous work experience and why I wanted that job. Checked my availability time again and told the day when i can start training.
I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
