Interviewed by the store manager. Asked about communication skills, leadership skills, and if i've ever managed a staff before. The interview was very quick and painless. Advice: Be truthful, honest, and display your skills as a leader.

What's something you did to go out of your way to help someone else?
Super easy. I was asked how I would handle employees having internal issues, how I would manage a large rush that seemed like it would never end, and what my favorite position was because I had worked at Burger King before. Ended with my availability.
The process was a friendly welcoming experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hiring manager made it a point to provide me with all the information one could ask for about the position and company values. Making the process easier for me to visualize being a good fit and ultimately knowing I made a good decision to join the team
