Fill in a Word format application downloaded from the company's website, by the way, not a very friendly format basically regarding personal information and professional career. Submit the application, and wait to be contacted only if your application made it to the short list, otherwise you dont event know if the email really arrived to the right person. Once you are contacted, they ask you if you can attend to an interview specifying time and place, if not please advice at your convinience (something very polite).
The interview was not very knew, it was very closely related to the list of behaviours the company provides to fill in the application form, nothing technical, no challenging questions, it was like reaffirming what I wrote down on the application form.
I was interviewed by two people, one of them couldnt stop smilling in the end she approached to be said she was impressed. The other woman never smilled, only appeared to be satisfied when I said that I ask my manager for support when I need it. Before that, I thought she was bored by my interview and dissatisfied.
