A virtual interview. I could have attended in person, but that wasn't offered as an option. The interviewers were very friendly and asked the questions you would expect. Answered all of my questions. Much easier than the application itself.

How would you teach a lesson on the present perfect to kids?
The interviewer was bit lack of sense of humour, maybe she was new to the role, so she was kind of nervous too. She got about 10 questions on her list and she just read them without interacting to my answers.

Interview
As a policy, interviews are always conducted by three interviewers (Direct line manager, HR representative and another department member). If possible the interviewer team also should be diverse, and they do try to enact this principle. They ask you the usual interview questions and strongly suggest answering them using an the STAR model.
