British Council interview questions

Very bad candidate experience. I applied for a Senior Equality Diversity Inclusion Project Lead role, it took a long time to hear back from the company and when I did, recruiter asked me if there was an end date to my visa and also asked for me to send a pdf copy of it. I am an ILR holder, and I sent it all straight away. After 10 days of no response whatsoever I contacted the recruiter again who told me Hiring Manager was reviewing my application; 1 day after that, same recruiter sent me a generic/general rejection email; they didn't even make the effort to put my name on. It came as "Dear , and the rejection". Not the first time I applied for BC, but as always very bad experience. Not applying again.

BC now requires candidates to record an online 'interview' before they can get a real interview where they can actually talk to someone. This online 'interview' situation is so weird. You will get 7 questions in total. You have one minute to read the question, and then a timer will start and you will get 3 minutes to record your answer, no retakes. It is so strange sitting there and talking to the camera, unless you regularly produce content for TikTok or something, you will feel so strange. I really feel like I did not get the opportunity to show my qualities as a teacher in this 'interview'.
