I was interviewed by two teaching members of staff. All questions were straightforward and related to the job I was applying for, if a little generic. I had to plan and then was observed on a demo lesson - possibly the most interesting part of the interview as the feedback was pertinent.
STAR questions. Quite short. Describe a lesson. Robotic. Slow to make an offer. Two interviewers. Managed via India to complicate matters. Describe a time you did this.... etc...and so on for around 40 minutes.

Long and detailed interview about specific examples from your career in which you had to deal with a difficult colleague, a difficult student, a creative lesson plan and so many more. Also, typical questions about your education and your background which are quite basic.
