Interview
First time they called and asked if I had 5 min to talk and I confirmed. This was the actual interview and it lasted much longer. Obviously it was meant to throw me off my feet so they can see how I would respond. I was under impression that the person who called me was frustrated and I was not sure why.
Second time they called ( it was a different job reference) , I was not next to the phone and called back immediately. I spoke to someone and they said the person who called will call me back- they never did.
I find this very unprofessional and if this is the sign how they see and run their business, I am glad that I am not a part of this company.

Applied and through an issue with their online application portal after months my application was terminated through some systematic fault. After hours of trying to reach anyone in the company who could help I had to give up, emails, calls or even the facebook service were unhelpful.

Very thorough. Initial online assessment, then invited to assessment day, begins with group interview (discussion around a table based on a topic given on the day) then a 1:1 role play and then if passed onto next stage a formal 2:1 interview around an hour long
