2 hour long assessment with a scenario based role test at the end. Interviewing with the HR and IT team and answering a set of role based questions following a paper written script structure.

Lengthy interview process over several months based. Key stages are standard application and scenario questions, visit to the Head Office for role play and one on one interview, placed in a holding pool once successful to wait for a place to become available.
