British Airways interview questions

The first round of interviews was quick and well-designed. However, the second round was face-to-face and included a task to complete a few days before the interview. The interview duration wasn't clear, and they didn't even discuss the task; they said they'd ask me to detail during the interview. They could have been more appreciative of someone who put a lot of effort into the task, took a day off from their current job, travelled to Heathrow Airport for the interview, and didn't even give personalised feedback.
