Super impersonal system - a reply email address that gives an auto response saying this email won't be answered but please fill in a Microsoft Forms response. I didn't talk to one talent/HR person. Firstly, an online psychometric assessment for puzzles etc performed in your own time. In the interview, the first half is a case study related to the role where you have time to review the facts and then present back. The second half is a behavioural type interview.

Online application followed by interview with HR, and then case study and interview with member of the Strategy Team. Case Study required me to prepare an analysis of a relevant airline in the industry.
