British Airways interview questions

Ok interview process, a fairly competency based interview getting to know the other person, nice people and good conversations. Decided against going forwards but enjoyed the process overall. Would recommend to a friend

1. Online application form 2.Online assessment 3.Assesment day (2/3 stages) 4.Offer I'd say the process was quite straightforward but it has been quite lengthy . There is a lot of stages to the onboarding, offer letter, referencing, training date ect. It will probs take 6-8 months before you start the job which can be ages for many! Especially if you're unemployed.
