Interview
On arrival they check your documents. Make sure that you have all they need otherwise you will b sent home. Then they check tattoos and measure. If you have any visible tattoos do no wish your luck. Then role play and group exercise. After that little break and some people will get through to finally interview with Customer Service Manager. Interview last approx 30 mind and is not easy. You need to answer question fully with good example. Day after I have attended assessment day I received an email with job offer.

Why BA? Tell me the situation when you had to deal with something under pressure? Tell me the situation when you have provided excellent customer service? Tell me the situation when you had to turn negative into positive? Describe when you had to deal with unhappy customer? What challenges cabin crew face on each flight?

Easy and friendly people. Did an online interior. Breakout rooms for one on one sections. Asked to read a sheet then asked questions about my experience. How I have handled previous situations. Used star formula went very well.

Firstly we did get right to work checked and arm reach check. Then we were separated into few groups and did group interview. Then the selected candidates were called for role play, reading PA script and one to two interview.

A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.
