The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at British Airways (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was staged in to 3 and was very clear and enjoyable. Including an ability test, a recorded online interview and an assessment day. The assessment day included a introduction, 1:1 interview, a task to be completed alone (reading through material and presenting back best case scenario) and a team activity.
