All day experience that is split into two halves. The first consisting of a few group activities and tests - for example, they provide you with a scenario and you have to work with the customer to provide them with a pleasant experience. The second being one on one interviews with two personnel.

The process was split into two sections, a team activity and questions. The whole process was quick pace, and rushed with no time to present yourself. It felt like a speed dating exercise.

How would you manage missing out on events outside of work?
It was okay. Stress-free and the interviewer was punctual and everyone was friendly. The interview went smoothly and I got to make my points clear and learn a few things along the way.

Fast, Quick and Efficient. Very interesting and different to what i have usually experienced. Took a couple of months to hear a reply back however was a straight forward process.
