Screening Process: Brink's Inc. conducts a credit check and background check on prospective employees, which is reasonable considering the nature of the business. It's important to note that this company does not hire individuals with a criminal background, which makes sense given the need to handle money. Additionally, if you are a Portland Pothead do not apply. Medical Examination: As part of the hiring process, I underwent a DOT medical examination through Concentra.
