I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated in Jan 2014
Interview
Very fast and efficient. Lots of typical Q&A questions with standard answers. Interview took around 45 minutes to complete which included a tour of the location. Questions all related to "what if's" and "describe a time in your past" style questions. All were read off of a sheet that is given to all interviewees.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2013
Interview
There was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. After an interview there was a polygraph test, security card exam, and licensing wait. There was not a lot of communication between the stages, 6 months in all. I went through the majority of the time not even sure I was being hired or considered until told to go for a license, or polygraph test.

Question 1
Are you comfortable working in excess of 50 hours per week?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated (Oakland, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
After meeting the company at a Job Fair a recruiter followed up with me and set me up for an interview. Communication with the recruiter and the hiring manager was great. The overall experience was great. The interview was easy and was full of general questions. It was easy to ace, knowing who you are, what your strengths are and why you are a good fit for the position. The hiring manager was sharp, so be honest. I only turned down the position because I felt it wouldn't fit me.
