Bridgestone Global R D Engineer Consumer Tread Compounds interview questions

My application was considered for two different openings at TCE in Rome: a) R&D Engineer and b) R&D chemist Week 1: First contact by phone with the HR and technical on-site interview after a week. Week 3: Interview via Webex with the HR. Week 4: Was informed about my selection for the final on-site interview. Final on-site interview with the directors. Feedback: I was informed either to receive the offer or a complete feedback in the worst case. After two weeks, I checked with them to get an update but was informed the process was still on-going. After another month of silence, I decided to write to them again. After 5 mins I received an automated message about my refusal. Please note: Both my travel costs to attend these interviews in Rome were not reimbursed. No feedback was ever sent . Conclusion: Perhaps first in class for rubber but not for treating people. Be prepared for some bitter experiences.
