Interview
Online interview- over HireVue. Easy questions, nothing to worry about. Had issues with the program itself - imagine disturbance and voice quality. Other than that, everything was normal. Questions were related to pat experiences, as well as future goals.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bridgestone Global (Zaventem, Flemish Brabant)
Interview
Standard interviews. No crazy questions.
Started with a phone interview, followed by 2 face to face interviews which included testing on my knowledge of SAP and Siebel, both to be used regularly as part of the role. Long periods between interviews and very slow response from the HR contact when followed up.
