General application submitted online. Waited about 3 days before national level human resources called me to schedule phone interview, played phone tag with person from hr for 5 days after multiple missed appointments with the hr rep we finally got to speak. I strongly suggest emailing the hr representative as that seems to be the only way to communicate with them as calling them and leaving multiple messages accomplished nothing. After speaking with hr person they forward your info to the site if they liked your general interview, 10 minutes after finishing phone call with hr rep the service manager called me and scheduled interview for the next day. Interviewed the next day. Service manager very professional, detail oriented, and seems like he authentically cares for his employees, you'll need to have your own tools for this job so I strongly suggest you have a bunch of them before even applying as that is a question you'll be asked by both interviewers, professional experience is not necessarily required as you can be a back woods mechanic like myself and have completed various vehicle repairs outside of a professional shop and so long as you explain your capabilities and previous repairs completed they will consider that experience. After about 20 minutes total interview was over and service manager advised to check email and keep eye on phone calls for the next few days. 4 days later national hr person sends email with job offer and physical and drug test requirements. Employment start date is set for 2 weeks from your initial contact with it.
