phone interview. they asked 4 screening questions and then asked about experience. then they asked about desired rate of pay and desired position and where i wanted to move up to within the company and desired salary for that. they gave me a chance to ask questions too. they explained advancement opportunities, benefits package in detail, tuition reimbursement offering, certification reimbursements, pay rates based on experience, the rest of the hiring process, available locations, ect. and then set up second interview with specific locations hiring manager and explained how id receive job offer letter.
