I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Buffalo, NY) in May 2009
Interview
I applied online. I recieved a phone call asking me a few basic questions just to verify things on my resume. Next I was offered an Interview where I met with a district manager and a regional HR rep. Interview itself took about an hour. Mainly asked questions about my previous experience, education, group/team work ablities, and my goals.
Interview was for 12pm. Arrived at 11:40am, sat around as it is currently 2:04pm and the manager is not not arrived yet to conduct the interview. Would have left but was really looking forward to working for the company, time management is an important detail when conducting business in a sales style environment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Met with regional manager and was asked various questions. The Regional manager then reported to the recruiter. The recruiter contacted me and said they were very interested. I went for a final interview and was offered the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Watsonville, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied online, was called in fairly quickly for an interview. The face to face interview was very casual and only lasted ten or fifteen minutes. Basic questions with a light hearted atmosphere. Don't overthink the process. The whole process went much more smoothly and quicker than I thought it would.
